What it's used for

Agazit is used for mild to moderate infections such as acute bacterial exacerbations of chronic bronchitis, acute bacterial sinusitis, uncomplicated skin and skin structure infections, community-acquired pneumonia, pharyngitis/tonsillitis, and genital ulcer disease.

How it's taken

Dosing typically depends on the infection being treated. Common regimens include a single 500 mg dose on day one followed by 250 mg daily for four days, or 500 mg once daily for three days. Always follow your doctor's prescription.
