How it's taken

Hawt Tadalafil 20 mg tablets should not be split; the entire dose must be taken. For ED taken as needed, the typical starting dose is 10 mg, which can be increased to 20 mg or decreased to 5 mg based on how well it works and tolerability. It improves erectile function for up to 36 hours after dosing and should not be taken more than once per day. For once-daily use, 2.5 mg or 5 mg is taken daily regardless of sexual activity.
