Milidon (paracetamol) is used to temporarily relieve minor aches and pains due to headache, the common cold, backache, minor pain of arthritis, toothache, muscular aches, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. It also temporarily reduces fever.

How it's taken

This medicine is taken by mouth as a suspension. The exact dose depends on your age and weight. Always follow the directions on the label or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than the recommended dose, and do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor.

Common side effects

Paracetamol can cause serious side effects. Allergic reactions may include severe skin reactions such as skin reddening, blisters, or rash. If you notice any skin changes, stop using this product and seek medical help immediately. Overdosing on paracetamol can lead to severe liver damage.

Important cautions
