What it is

Albemol Paracetamol is a pain reliever and fever reducer containing 500 mg of paracetamol per tablet. Paracetamol is a commonly used analgesic and antipyretic.

What it's used for

It is used for the temporary relief of minor aches and pains due to headache, the common cold, backache, minor arthritis pain, toothache, muscular aches, premenstrual and menstrual cramps. It also temporarily reduces fever.

How it's taken

Albemol Paracetamol tablets are taken orally. Always follow the dosing instructions on the package or as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Do not take more than the recommended dose and do not use for more than 10 days without medical advice.

Common side effects

Paracetamol is generally well tolerated, but allergic reactions can occur. Symptoms may include skin reddening, blisters, or rash. If any skin reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help immediately.

Important cautions

Liver warning: Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4,000 mg of paracetamol in 24 hours or if you consume 3 or more alcoholic drinks daily while using this product. Avoid taking other medicines containing paracetamol at the same time. If you have liver disease or a history of alcohol abuse, consult a doctor before use.
