What it is

What it's used for

This medicine is used to treat mild to moderate infections caused by certain bacteria. These include worsening of chronic bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia, strep throat, tonsillitis, certain skin infections, middle ear infections in children, disseminated mycobacterial infections, and Helicobacter pylori infection (which can cause duodenal ulcers).

How it's taken

Common side effects
