Common side effects

Serious nervous system side effects have been reported, including seizures, encephalopathy, aseptic meningitis, optic and peripheral neuropathy (numbness or tingling in the hands or feet). Severe skin reactions such as Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, and drug reaction with eosinophilia and systemic symptoms (DRESS) can occur.
