Indication
Wellman is a multivitamin and dietary supplement containing vitamins and minerals designed to maintain general health and wellbeing of men of all ages. It also provides additional benefits of omega 3, 6 and 9 which are essential fatty acids needed in the body.
Active Ingredients
Omega 3 fish oil, black currant seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, olive oil, Siberian Ginseng Extract eq, Co-enzyme Q10, L-Carnitine, Citrus Bioflavonoids, L-Arginine, L-Methionine, vitamins A, D, E C, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12; magnesium, biotin, folic acid, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine.
Directions for use
Take one tablet (blue blister) daily along with one tablet (red blister) daily, preferably with a main meal.
