Pregnacare BREAST-FEEDING

Pregnacare Breast-feeding is an all-in-one pack, designed especially for the postnatal period and provides nutrients required for breastfeeding.  It can also be taken as a general postnatal supplement for 6-9 months following childbirth. It replaces depleted nutrients and assists the body in its normal functions following pregnancy, even if you are not breastfeeding.

Active Ingredients

Omega-3 fish oil, Folic acid, vitamins  D, E C, K, B1, B2, B3, B6, B12; calcium, magnesium, biotin, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, iodine, chromium.

Directions for use

Take 2 pregnacare capsules daily plus 1 omega-3 capsule daily.
