Description
PILOREM-HCT is a combination of Amlodipine, Telmisartan and Hydrochlorothiazide. Telmisartan plus Amlodipine plus Hydrochlorothiazide is a synergistic combo: angiotensin receptor antagonist/blocker plus calcium channel blocker plus diuretic.

The combination of low dose Amlodipine and Ramipril significantly reduces cough associated with the use of ramipril through inhibition of PG synthesis ( Forgari, R et al (91999). Other side effects include hypotension, Acute Hepatitis, Angiodema, headache.
