Dequalinium Sore Throat Lozenges are a treatment that works to provide relief for symptoms associated with a sore throat as well as mouth ulcers, tonsillitis, stomatitis, and oral thrush. The active ingredient in these lozenges is dequalinium.  Dequalinium is an antiseptic that kills bacteria, yeasts, and fungi in the mouth.

These lozenges are suitable to be used by adults and children aged 10 and over. Anyone who is allergic to the ingredients contained in these lozenges should not use them. Also, do not use Dequadin if you have an intolerance to some sugars. If you are diabetic, check before using if they are safe to use.

Direction:

Suck one lozenge slowly every 2-3 hours. Do not use more than 8 lozenges in a 24-hour period. If your symptoms do not improve after a few days of using, speak to a doctor.
