Acycor Plus Gel (Aceclofenac; Methyl Salicylate; Capsaicin; Linseed Oil) – Uses, Dosage & Benefits Acycor Plus Gel is a topical combination medication used to relieve pain and inflammation in muscles and joints. This medicine is commonly used for: Muscle pain and strains Joint pain (arthritis-related pain) Back pain Sports injuries and sprains Localized inflammation and stiffness It works through multiple mechanisms: aceclofenac reduces inflammation, methyl salicylate provides a counter-irritant effect, capsaicin helps block pain signals, and linseed oil supports anti-inflammatory action. Composition Each gram contains: Aceclofenac BP – 1.5% w/w Methyl Salicylate BP – 10% w/w Capsaicin USP – 0.01% w/w Linseed Oil BP – 3% w/w Benzyl Alcohol BP – 1% w/w (preservative) Dosage and Administration Route of Administration: Topical Apply a small amount to the affected area and gently massage into the skin 2–3 times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Wash hands after application. Important Information This is an Over-the-Counter (OTC) medicine but should be used as directed. For external use only—avoid contact with eyes, broken skin, or mucous membranes. May cause mild skin irritation, burning sensation, or redness.
